Terms and conditions
Draft, pending legal review
Draft. This page states the position the product is built to and is with our solicitor for review. It is not the final document and does not yet form a contract.
Who the contract is with
The account holder is an adult parent or guardian and is the contracting party. A child has a login on that account, not an account: a child cannot enter a contract, cannot consent to the collection of their own personal information, and is never shown anything to buy.
What you are buying
Access to original practice tests and reports written by us. Not the Opportunity Class Placement Test, not past papers, and not any official material.
How long access lasts
36 months from purchase, or as long as the service operates, whichever is longer. If we discontinue the service you get 90 days' notice and a refund of unused credits. The Season Pass expires on its stated date.
Sharing test content
Accounts are for one household. If test content is republished or sold on we may suspend the account — proportionately, for conduct we can describe, with a route to appeal and a refund of unused tests if the suspension is contested and we are wrong.
Your rights that cannot be signed away
The Australian Consumer Law's consumer guarantees apply automatically and nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies them. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure.
Independent, unofficial and non-government
Exam Warriors is an independent practice platform. Practice tests on Exam Warriors are created by Exam Warriors and should be considered unofficial and non-government. The Opportunity Class Placement Test is administered by the NSW Department of Education. Exam Warriors is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NSW Department of Education, Janison or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
