Refund policy

Change of mind
A full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than two mock tests have been completed from that purchase. That is deliberate: it means you can always sit two full mocks and read two full reports before deciding whether to keep the pack.
After that window
A pro-rata refund of unused credits, at the per-test price you actually paid rather than at a list price. Store credit is refunded as store credit and cash as cash.
If something is broken
A wrong answer key, a broken diagram or a test that will not load: we fix it or we re-credit that test. Email us with the test and the question number — there is no report button in the player yet — and we triage within five business days.
Major failure
If the product does not do what we described, the choice between a refund and a replacement is yours, not ours.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure. There is no legal cooling-off period for an online purchase in Australia — the 14-day window above is our own policy, and we will honour it exactly as written.

The Opportunity Class Placement Test is administered by the NSW Department of Education.
