What we collect about your child

A first name, an optional preferred name, a year level, a birth month and year, and what happened in the tests they sat. A school name is optional and private. We do not collect an email address or a phone number for a child.

Where it is stored

In Australia, in Sydney. It is not transferred overseas.

What we never do with it

We do not sell it, we do not pass it to advertisers, and we never publish a child's school, suburb or full name — publishing a school is structurally impossible in this product rather than merely against policy.

Getting it back, or getting rid of it

You can export everything we hold about your household. You can also erase the whole account and everything in it — that one is immediate and cannot be undone, so we ask you to confirm it carefully. Deleting one child on their own is not something you can do yourself yet; email us and we will do it for you.

Marketing email

Service email — confirming your address, resetting your password, telling you a sign-in was locked, telling you a result was corrected — is part of providing the service. Anything that sells you something needs your express consent and is separate from the box you tick to create an account. We are not sending marketing email yet, and we will not start until every message carries a working unsubscribe link; until then, replying to any message or writing to us takes you off the list.

Independent, unofficial and non-government

Exam Warriors is an independent practice platform. Practice tests on Exam Warriors are created by Exam Warriors and should be considered unofficial and non-government. The Opportunity Class Placement Test is administered by the NSW Department of Education. Exam Warriors is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NSW Department of Education, Janison or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
